Who Are We?
We are a dynamic and continuously growing community of engineers and technical specialists who have migrated to the Netherlands in recent years. Our members come from diverse cities, cultures, and professional backgrounds, yet are united by a shared purpose. Within our community, there are both young professionals at the beginning of their careers and experienced experts with many years of professional expertise. We are highly educated, disciplined, and motivated to create and contribute; at the same time, many of us experience that the integration process in the Netherlands, alongside new opportunities, also brings its own challenges.
We see ourselves as individuals building a new life in a new country—integrating into social life and workplace culture, and investing in learning the Dutch language and understanding societal dynamics. Migration is not only about finding a job; it is also about building a new life structure, forming a social network, and redefining one’s professional identity. From this shared experience, our community was born, grounded in the belief that mutual support helps us navigate this journey together with greater strength.

What Does This Organization Do?
Our organization carries out a wide range of activities to strengthen engineers and technical specialists in the Netherlands, both professionally and socially. Our primary goal is to support our members in achieving faster and more effective integration into the Dutch labor market, while helping them realize their career goals. Within this framework, we regularly organize knowledge-sharing sessions, experience-exchange meetings, sector-focused discussions, and mentoring sessions.
Many of our members are encountering Dutch work culture, recruitment processes, CV standards, and effective networking practices for the first time. We actively support them with practical, hands-on knowledge and real-life experiences, enabling them to enter the job market well prepared and with confidence. Experience sharing is a core pillar of our organization, as every personal experience can be valuable to others.
In addition, we place great importance on professional networking. We connect our members with companies across various sectors, encourage knowledge exchange, and create new opportunities for employment and collaboration. In this way, we actively contribute to a faster and more effective integration of technical professionals into the Dutch professional landscape.
